About Us

With the increasing threat of climate change and a rapidly growing global population there has never been more need to find alternative and sustainable ways to live. That is what Deep underground project is for.
The aim for the project is to explore the possibilities of the newly proposed Deep underground concept, which allows exploitation of the underground in less expensive, more effective and much more sustainable way than today.
As an experienced engineer who has designed underground structures for most of my professional life, I have always had a feeling that the way we are building underground constructions is not the best possible. So, I tried to find better ways. The results are summarized on this site.
